Configurence is a fit-check widget that summit and conference organizers embed on their sites. We built it to need as little of your data as possible. Here is exactly what it collects and what happens to it.
What the widget collects
To build a report, a visitor enters a company website URL and a job role, and can optionally pick interest topics. That is the whole input.
If a visitor chooses to receive their report by email, they provide an email address. We use it to send the report and share it with that event's organizer so they can follow up.
No cookies, no accounts, no fingerprinting
The widget sets no cookies, requires no account or login, and does not fingerprint devices.
Report links expire
Shareable report links expire after 30 days.
How the analysis works
The analysis reads the public website at the URL the visitor entered and matches it against the event's published exhibitors and agenda. It uses third-party AI language-model providers to do this.
What organizers see
Per-event funnel telemetry (impressions, opens, submits, reports, registrations) is aggregate — it counts steps, not people.
